At KHAAMEE, we ensure to adhere to the highest quality standards. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Return/replacement can only be initiated if the eligibility criteria's are met. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Eligibility:
The items are eligible for return only if
- The issue is reported within 48hrs of the delivery.
- Provided with the opening video (uninterrupted) of the package along with detailed photos of the damage.

Replacement:
All or any replacement including size related will be strictly based on the stock availability of the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns will not be accepted based on personal preferences such as fit, style, or design (including concerns like neckline depth), as all product details are clearly specified prior to purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items on Sale or clearance.
- Used, washed or altered products.
- Gift cards.

Refund: 
Refunds will only be in form of exchange (based on availability) or store credit. No cash refund is provided.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, our team will contact you with return instructions and a shipping address.
